Exhaustion? Is that what happens when I stay up all night playing Guild Wars, and my eyes start to hurt?

Is this "condition" transferable to another player via Plague Signet?

I would dismiss this as no but it is called a condition.

Exhaustion is -like- a energy death penalty, except fixed and invisible on your status bar. It can be seen by the pieces of your energy bar being removed when you cast exhaustion spells.

Your bar will turn discolored and that represents the missing energy.

It stacks and goes away at 1 energy every 3 seconds.

Basically 30 seconds for each exhaustion spell you use.

So if you use gale 3 times or something it would take 1 and 1/2 minutes to get back to normal.

There is Glyph Of Energy which makes your next skill cost 20 less energy and not cause exaustion but it's an Elite skill.

im not positive what elite spell means, but I was only lvl 7 when I got my Glyph of Energy. Its really helpful, but it only costs 15 less energy 4 me.
